No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once an order has been placed.
Customers are requested to check sizing, colours, and product descriptions carefully before completing the purchase.
No Exchanges
Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges for any reason,
including size, colour, or preference. Each item is carefully checked and packed to ensure quality before it leaves our facility.
No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing system immediately.
Therefore, we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances.
No Refunds
As all sales are final, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect size, colour, or design chosen
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier or external factors
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the case and advise next steps if applicable.
Product Quality and Inspection
Every item is inspected and packaged with utmost care before dispatch. Minor variations in colour, embroidery,
print placement, or texture are natural in handcrafted or textile products and shall not be considered defects.
Delivery Delays
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by
courier companies, natural events, or factors beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
